Looking for an apartment for the 05/06 year or longer? I'm looking to pass on an apartment managed by Dartmouth real estate starting in mid August. The rent is $600/month and charged to your bursar account. Heat, water and trash services are included. You pay electricity, cable, phone, etc. The place is one bedroom and one bathroom with separate kitchen/living room. Fridge and stove/range, full bath and a futon included.
